I was enchanted by the MAGIC of this spectacular show.... This has been a childhood favourite of mine. This AMAZING show was exactly that! I loved EVERY MINUTE of it from start to end... I just wish it was on for longer so I could see it again! Amazing performances by all and it was very cleverly done... BRAVO EVERYONE!!

Frustrated. Disappointed.
1 September 2022
Where some people may have enjoyed adults playing children, it was jarring for us and we were unable to forget this while watching, it was a constant distraction and we could not enjoy this. We noticed the serious lack of diversity in the cast which was another thing that stopped us enjoying this show. The time this show is set in is at the beginning of WW11, unfortunately the language used was often not of that time period, that along with modern dance was all a distraction to enjoying the show, it was impossible to put the WW11 environment with the lack of attention to that fact. The setting was very good, the use of puppets was charming and endearing. The set, the magic, fantasy and imagination throughout was very good and the White Witch was excellent with great effects however, for the reasons I’ve mentioned we decided to leave at the interval, we could not enjoy the show mainly, I’m sorry to say, because of the unauthentic main characters.

Great Seat
20 July 2022
Excellent production, actors did really well making it look easy. The Witch was true to character but stellar performance. Edmund gave a great depiction of the character and did well against the odds as some of his script writing wasn’t great. My view was great however, ticket very good value, probably a one off to this particular production for me but I would petition anyone who hasn’t yet been a LOng. Unique staging and wonderful theatre!
