Booked tickets as a treat for me and a friend. I’d been in hospital so booked ticket protection on my ticket. I was too unwell on the date (I have stage 4 cancer) I tried to get my money back and the ticket people won’t refund me. No idea how the show was and I’m too mad to even book via them again to see it

Great theatre show and well worth seeing. Only thing was the bloke behind us was singing (out of tune, talking all the while, whistleing) throughout the show as loud as he could. There was a member of staff positioned alongside him who did absolutely nothing to temper this customer....who ruined the show for us.
Solution, sack the member of staff who is clearly taking you wages and doing nothing to ensure people can enjoy the show. Send us new tickets so we can see the show again and enjoy what should be an excellent show in the west end....

This is the 2nd time we have seen the show.It was brilliant great voices and brilliant dancers.we thought this time was slightly better than the last.Would highly recommend the show to anyone that hasn't seen it yet.

What a great show would go back and watch it again. Tickets were waiting for us at the box office as arranged. From start to finish the songs just kept coming along with some great dancing. The show gets 5 stars from me.

From beginning to end this show is absolutely amazing! The cast are truly talented - every single member of the cast seemed to be performing at their best and that made the performance brilliant. I can be critical but I could not fault this show at all - I thought it was worth every penny and I am planning to go back to see the show again before Christmas. The staff at the theatre are all lovely, welcoming and down to earth. I loved every moment. I did read a negative review about someone being told not to sing along etc. I totally understand the theatres view on this - The singing by the cast is so amazing that you wouldn’t want someone singing next to you (especially if they can’t sing) and spoiling your experience. I wanted to listen to every harmonious word of every song as I was completely lost in the performance - the singing and dancing is just incredible. I hope this show runs for years and years to come. It’s a must see!!

We paid a lot of money for restricted seats which is fair enough, but we were hassled by the staff throughout the production.
My daughter was told to be quite as she was singing the tunes.
We were then told we could be thrown out as people were complaining around us.
This was a total lie, and then we were told we couldn’t get alcohol from the bar.
We are fun loving people not to cause any offence, and this is a Michael Jackson show for Christ sake.
I want my money back, as the night was ruined.

We came to see this about 4 weeks ago, on a Saturday evening, we went yesterday, in the afternoon, and it was better, I think the more I see this, the better it get, the person who play Jackson is such a great dancer.

For me MJ was not just a great dancer, he was an amazing vocalist.
Thriller Live brings back wonderful memories of my youth with MJ.
However my expectations of the singing were too high. The singing was below mediocre with a 60% mix of playbacks and when singing live the vocals were weak.
Dancing and choreography were simply brilliant!! Loved it!

Oh what can I say... Another outstanding evening of entertainment... Everyone on the stage gave it their all.... Wonderful night... I will see it again... Only seen it 4 time now!! Great vocals but the performance was very disappointing. I wasn’t expecting lots of different people to be singing MJ songs as in both male and female as the lead singers, mostly a female and not dressed as MJ would. Not much of an actual Michael Jackson tribute singer that dressed to look like MJ until the second half which was better. Would not go again and wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent show, having a private box was a much better experience than our previous theatre experiences, the only negative was that too many songs were performed by a female, and i think the audience should have been incouaged to articipate more by getting up and dancing

We absolutely loved this, but we felt it warranted a bigger venue and budget where you could really exploit the amazing videos the MJ did. The singers/dancers were amazing, i couldn’t take my eyes off Mari...gorgeous! Well done all.
