Cinderella The Musical

Welcome to Belleville! The most aggressively picturesque town in the history of the world populated exclusively with gorgeous townsfolk. The only person steadfastly refusing to live in the fairy tale is Cinderella, loud-mouthed and dripping with disdain. Her oldest and only friend, Prince Sebastian, has suddenly become heir to the throne. This news provokes an unexpected spark into their relationship.

With the Queen suddenly announcing a Royal Wedding all looks lost for the blossoming romance until Cinderella meets The Godmother who can fix anything.

With an original story and book by 2021 Oscar winner EMERALD FENNELL(Promising Young Woman) and lyrics by Tony and Olivier award winner DAVID ZIPPEL (City of Angels). LAURENCE CONNOR directs (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, School of Rock) with choreography by JOANN M.HUNTER.

I left before the interval. It was ditch dull boring; humour that would appeal to a 14 year old boy and wadnt worth me wasting any more of my time watching it. Best part of the afternoon was a McFlurry on the way back to the tube station

  • Great night out with my girls

    18 May 2022

Booked this last minute for my daughters and I. Loved the rotating stage and how much thought had been put into making me feel a part of the ball. There are some very funny gags and a great plot twist. Felt horrid for the cast that the show has been cancelled and - although the performance was great -wondered if there was a bit of apathy with regards to perfection. Technical problems stopped the show within the first 15 minutes
